Global Gentrification—Are Digital Nomads Ruining Everything? (Part 3 of 4)
The third edition of a four-part series of Substack Letters exploring the issues, realities and impacts of digital nomads on the global gentrification landscape.
Hi friends 👋
This week’s edition of Global Natives is another post made in collaboration with my friend Marko Ayling, a travel writer and author of an excellent newsletter called The Missive here on Substack.
This month, Marko and I are engaging in a back-and-forth dialogue about a thorny subject that impacts both the global mobility landscape (my speciality) and the travel landscape (his speciality): digital nomads and global gentrification.
After exploring the landscape and problems in a handful of Substack posts and live sessions these past few weeks, now we’re turning our attention to potential solutions. This week, I’ll share my take, and next week, Marko will share his in the final post of our Substack Letters series.
Thanks for reading and supporting ✌️💖
